Administrative Regulations

Administrative Regulations are established policies that set forth and clarify the various administrative processes and procedures necessary for the efficient management of City affairs. Administrative Regulations are issued by the City Manager under the authority of Section 604 of the City Charter and continue in full force and effect unless expressly revised or repealed, in whole or in part.
