Anaheim Municipal Code Section 4.05.180.010.0102 (a), allows a CC&R Restricted Short-Term Rental to relocate to a new location with an approved Administrative Permit or a Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP). Administrative Permit applications will be processed in 10 business days and MCUP requests are generally processed in 30 to 60 days. If you are requesting a relocation, you are required to submit the items below along with the applicable fee.
A limited number of "Qualifying Pre-Moratorium Short-Term Rental" properties may request a relocation based on compatibility issues pursuant to Anaheim Municipal Code Section 4.05.180.010.0103, please provide the following information for consideration by the Planning Director.
If you are requesting a change of ownership, you are required to submit a completed application along with the $498 fee. A new application must be filled out and submitted within 14 days of such a change.
