Do you want to make it snow in southern California? Create your own "snow" without leaving the warmth and comfort of your own home in just a few steps and with some ingredients that you probably already have on hand. Find out how to create your own snow in this hands-on program! For this program you will need: 3 cups of baking soda, 1/2 cup hair conditioner (preferably white so that it looks like snow), plastic container to store the "snow" inside, large baking pan/sheet or tablecloth to use for play area. Fun tools for creative play: beads, toothpicks, ribbon and craft eyes to make a snowman (Playdoh or ceramics tools work great)
