If so, then you'll enjoy attending this relaxing hands-on workshop where we will explore the basics of writing a poem and some easy methods to get your thoughts down on paper. Come with your imagination. You'll be sure to leave with new expressions from the heart. Join Juan Farías Álvarez, author and founder of Juanderful Poetry, for this workshop in celebration of National Poetry Month. All ages welcome.
Poet Laureate Special Event: Earth Day Poetry with the Students of Anaheim at CentralApril 22, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Central Multipurpose Room
This Earth Day, join Grant Hier, Poet Laureate of Anaheim, and students of Anaheim as they read original poetry about our planet Earth and co-create a magical evening of live poetry in Anaheim to celebrate creativity, poetry, and the Earth. All ages welcome. RSVPs are required to attend and/or read a poem at the event.
