11 Vehicles Burned in Anaheim Carport Fire


ANAHEIM, CA – Anaheim Fire & Rescue responded to 2020 W. Alameda Ave just after 2:00 am Tuesday morning on reports of several vehicles on fire in the carports at a large apartment complex. Approximately 30 firefighters from Anaheim Fire & Rescue, Fullerton Fire and Orange County Fire Authority extinguished the fire within approximately 25 minutes. While 11 vehicles had significant damage, fire personnel were able to protect numerous other vehicles and prevented the fire from spreading to nearby structures.

Investigators from Anaheim Fire & Rescue are on scene to determine the cause of the fire. No injuries were reported.
