Anaheim Customer Satisfaction Survey to Begin July 24 - Anaheim Residents and Businesses May Receive Call from J.D. Power and Associates
ANAHEIM, CA - (July 10, 2008) - Individual self-study is a beneficial habit. But taking on the enormity of an entire city self-study? The City of Anaheim has commissioned the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates market research company to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. From July 24 – Aug. 21, Anaheim residents and businesses may receive a phone call from a J.D. Power and Associates representative.

“Retaining J.D. Power and Associates to conduct this study will help the City find ways to improve customer service for Anaheim’s residents and businesses,” said City of Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle, who introduced the idea of a customer satisfaction study in January at his 2008 State of the City address. “But the first step is to participate in the survey.”

Anaheim residents and businesses, as chosen in a random selection process by J.D. Power and Associates, will be asked to contribute their opinions on how the City is doing in regards to service delivery, focusing primarily on Planning and Building, Law Enforcement, and Public Utilities. Individuals chosen to participate will have engaged in some form of city service through those three departments.

Should the individual wish to continue in the customer satisfaction study, arrangements will be made for the next step, which is in the form of an online survey. Each online survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
