Jamboree Housing's Monarch Pointe In Anaheim Brings New Opportunities

WHO:   The City of Anaheim, Jamboree Housing Corporation, Anaheim Housing Authority, Anaheim Redevelopment Agency . 

WHAT:  Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle and City Council members will join the Jamboree Housing Corporation, a leading nonprofit housing developer in California, and its partners in celebrating the grand opening of Monarch Pointe Apartment Homes.

WHEN: Tuesday, August 12, 2008. The grand opening ceremony will take place from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 

WHERE: Monarch Pointe Apartment Homes is located at 1860 W. Crescent Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801. 

WHY: The City of Anaheim spurred interest in creating additional affordable housing in Anaheim with the City’s 2006 Anaheim Affordable Housing strategic plan. The plan outlines steps to incorporate affordable housing initiatives into the City’s planning and development.
