TWILA REID PARK TREE LIGHTING – DEC. 5 Located at 3100 W. Orange St.
Twila Reid Park is the location for a Magic Holiday Tree Lighting, taking place on Friday, Dec. 5, from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy the food vendors, arts and crafts, pictures with Santa, local entertainment, and a bonfire. For more information please call (714) 765-5263.
DOWNTOWN ANAHEIM TREE LIGHTING – DEC. 6 Located on Anaheim Blvd., between Lincoln Blvd. and Broadway Ave.
The Nutcracker Tree Lighting and Holiday Village festivities will fill Downtown Anaheim at the Center Street Promenade on Saturday, Dec. 6. From 12 noon – 6 p.m., holiday goers can enjoy a performance by Anaheim Ballet and a combined Anaheim schools choir, food vendors, a snow play area, a children’s train ride, arts and crafts, pictures with Santa, and a stage with local entertainment. The candlelight processional will begin at 5:45 p.m., and the 50 ft. Christmas tree will be lit at 6 p.m. Kids young and old will enjoy a visit from Santa and a “special guest.” For more information please call (714) 956-3586.
WOELKE-STOFFEL VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS – DEC. 13 Located at 418 N. West St.
Anaheim’s historic Woelke-Stoffel Home will be open for a Victorian Christmas Open House on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 12 noon – 3 p.m. This grand Queen Anne Victorian home was built in 1894 and was recently renovated and restored to reflect its time period. The three-story, 3,000 sq. ft. home had been closed for the past 1 ½ years due to the renovation process. Guests who visit for the Victorian Christmas Open House will see new items from the Anaheim History Room Collection and Anaheim Museum, Inc.
