Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle Welcomes Mayors from Baja California
ANAHEIM, CA - (January 13, 2009) - Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle will welcome mayors from Baja California at an 11:30 a.m. press conference on Thursday, Jan. 15 at Anaheim GardenWalk.  Anaheim GardenWalk is located at 321 W. Katella Ave.

The Baja California mayors are in town to discuss tourism and economic issues, as part of Rancho Santiago Community College District’s Center for International Trade Development.

“I am pleased to welcome and greet our friends from Baja California, as they attend a special conference here in Anaheim and Orange County,” said Mayor Pringle.  “This is a wonderful opportunity to discuss tourism and trade, as well as renew friendships to strengthen the relationship between our two countries.”

Thursday’s press conference at Anaheim GardenWalk will take place at the main entrance of GardenWalk, between restaurants California Pizza Kitchen and P.F. Chang’s, and McCormick and Schmicks and Roy’s Restaurant Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine.

Parking note:  Parking at Anaheim GardenWalk is accessible from either Katella Ave. or Disney Way.  Please keep in mind the Anaheim Convention Center is hosting a major conference (NAMM, the trade association of the international music products association), so please allow time for your commute and for parking in the AGW structure.
