Medical and surgical specialists from various fields will be available to provide free consultations for children and adults. Offered services will include: asthma and allergy screenings; blood pressure reading; bone density assessment; blood sugar, lipid profile and glucose testing (eight hours of fasting required); dental consultation; electrocardiogram (EKG); eye exams;  mammography and women’s services; pediatric and adult physical exams.  As explained by event co-organizer Dr. Nitin Shah, "Why offer free health screenings?  Because health is the best wealth one can ever have."

The Health Fair, in its fourth consecutive year, is part of an initiative that was introduced by Anaheim Mayor Pro Tem Harry Sidhu. "The annual free health fair provides us with an opportunity to offer all Anaheim residents the highest quality of life," said Mayor Pro Tem Sidhu. "With the success of the event over the past three years, we are pleased that the health fair has become a great tradition in the City of Anaheim, and we look forward to serving all who attend."
