- Disneyland Drive (00:01-08:00) – Between Ball Road and Paradise Way (Access to Mickey & Friends Parking Structure remains open)
- Magic Way (00:01-10:15) – Between Disneyland Hotel Place and Disneyland Drive
- Katella Avenue (05:00-07:00) – Westbound from Disneyland Drive to Harbor Blvd.
- Harbor Blvd. (05:00-07:00) – Southbound from Katella Ave. to Disney Way
- Disneyland Drive (05:00-10:15) – Between Katella Ave. and Paradise Way
- Ball Road (05:15-08:00) – Eastbound from Disneyland Drive to Anaheim Blvd.
- Anaheim Blvd. (05:15-08:15) – Between Ball Road and Cerritos Ave.
- Cerritos Ave. (05:30-08:15) – Between Anaheim Blvd. and Lewis St.
- Lewis St. (05:30-08:15) – Between Ball Road and Cerritos Ave.
- Ball Road (05:30-08:30) – Between Lewis St. and State College Blvd. (Reroute via St. College, Vermont, East Street)
- State College Blvd. (05:30-08:30) – Between Ball Road and Cerritos Ave.
- Cerritos Ave. (05:30-08:40) – Between State College Blvd. and Douglass Road
- Douglass Road (05:30-08:45) – Between Cerritos Ave. and Katella Ave.
- Gene Autry Way (05:30-09:30) – Westbound from Angel Stadium to Santa Cruz St.
- Santa Cruz St. and Stanford Court (05:30-09:30) – Between Gene Autry Drive and Anaheim Way
- S. Anaheim Way (05:30-09:40) – Between Orangewood Ave. and Katella Ave.
- S. Anaheim Way (05:30-09:50) – Between Katella Ave. and Disney Way
- Disney Way (05:30-10:00) – Westbound from Anaheim Blvd. to Harbor Blvd.
- I-5 Northbound (06:00-10:00) – On/Off ramp at Gene Autry Way & On/Off ramp at Katella Ave.
- I-5 Southbound (06:00-10:00) – On/Off ramp at Harbor Blvd. & On/Off ramp at Disney Way & On/Off ramp at Gene Autry Way

Prior to Sunday's event, the Disneyland® Hotel will host the Disneyland® Health & Fitness Expo. Enjoy seminars on training, nutrition and racing from renowned experts and legendary runners, and see the latest in running and fitness equipment from manufacturers from around the world on Friday, Sept. 3, Noon – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 4, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
