| Anaheim Convention Center Arena To Host 76 Classic Basketball Tournament | ||||||||||||

ANAHEIM, CA - (November 22, 2010) - The fourth annual 76 Classic basketball tournament, hosted by ESPN at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) Arena, has announced it will offer free tickets to all high school aged students and younger for the upcoming collegiate basketball event. Four games are slated each day for Thursday, Nov. 25; Friday, Nov. 26 and Sunday, Nov. 28. Free tickets will be distributed at the ACC Arena box office on game days only to students with a valid I.D. card.
The 4th annual 76 Classic field features DePaul (Big East); Murray State (Ohio Valley); Cal State Northridge (Big West); Oklahoma State (Big 12); Stanford (Pac 10); Tulsa (CUSA) UNLV (Mountain West) and Virginia Tech (ACC). Each team will compete in one game per day, advancing through a bracket-tournament format. First-day match ups on Thanksgiving Day include Virginia Tech vs. Northridge, 11 a.m.; DePaul vs. Oklahoma State, 1:30 p.m.; Murray State vs. Stanford, 6 p.m.; and Tulsa vs. UNLV, 8:30 p.m. Game times for the remainder of the tournament are: Friday, Nov. 26: 11:30 a.m.; 2 p.m.; 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 28: 10:30 a.m.; 1 p.m.; 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Additional information can be found on the 76 Classic Web site at, www.76classic.com.Media Contact: Ruth Ruiz 714.765.5060more city news
