WHAT: The City Council meeting will open in the Anaheim City Council Chambers, then recess and proceed to Heritage Forum, directly behind Anaheim City Hall. The remainder of the meeting, including the Oath of Office ceremony, will take place at Heritage Forum. Free public parking is available.
