Anaheim Chamber Hosts Western Conference Champion Mighty Ducks of Anaheim at Annual Welcome Luncheon
ANAHEIM, CA - (September 22, 2003) - New year. New players. Same challenge — the coveted NHL Stanley Cup.

With a theme of “I Am a Mighty Duck,” Mighty Ducks players, coaches and front office personnel will be the feature attraction at the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce community Welcome Luncheon October 15 at Hilton Anaheim Hotel from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In partnership with the Western Conference Champion Mighty Ducks, individual luncheon tickets are priced at $55. A limited number of “Puck” sponsorships are available for $1,000, which include preferred seating, 10 seats at the luncheon, plus 40 tickets to a future Mighty Ducks game (face value of $32.50 per ticket). Tables of 10 are $500 and include 20 tickets to a Ducks game (face value $32.50 per ticket). A portion of each ticket price will be donated to Mighty Ducks Care, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation. Contributions to Mighty Ducks Care are matched by the McCormick Tribune Foundation, making significantly more money available to support local organizations in Orange County.

Among the other special features at the luncheon will be a Jersey Raffle, Silent Auction, player interviews and much more. The net proceeds from the event will help underwrite Chamber services for small business development, residential relocation assistance, website development and the general promotion of Anaheim as an ideal location to work, live and visit.

For additional information on sponsorship information, please contact Ed Munson at the Chamber office at (714) 758-0222 (extension 205). Reservations can be made on-line through the Chamber website or by calling the Chamber office. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
