| Mayor Curt Pringle was elected Mayor of Anaheim in November 2002. Prior to election, he served with distinction in the California State Assembly from 1988-90 and again from 1992-98, including a term as chairman of the influential Assembly Appropriations Committee. He also served as the 1996 Speaker of the California State Assembly.
In addition to his civic duties, Pringle runs Curt Pringle & Associates, a public relations, governmental affairs and consulting firm located in Orange County. He also serves as an adjunct Political Science faculty member at the University of California, Irvine, where he teaches California Government.
Mayor Pringle actively serves as Governing Board Member for the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership, California State University, Long Beach, as well on the boards of the Tiger Woods Learning Center Foundation and the John Burton Foundation for Children Without Homes.
Bob Hernandez was elected to the Anaheim City Council in November 2002 after a 38-year career in the Anaheim Fire Department. He has served on the Anaheim Firefighters Association as treasurer and board member at large, as well as a member of the Anaheim Firefighters' Political Action Committee.
His history of service to the community includes such organizations as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, Western Medical Centers Foundation Board of Trustees, Latino Peace Officers Association, and many other charitable organizations. He was a founding member of the Downtown Anaheim Association and is co-founder of the Anaheim Nutcracker Holiday Festival and Tree Lighting Ceremony in downtown Anaheim.
Lorri Galloway was elected to the Anaheim City Council in November, 2004. She is the founder and Executive Director of The Eli Home for Abused Children, an award-winning nationally recognized shelter for abused and neglected children and their mothers.
Lorri’s community involvement also includes the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency, CSUF Non-Profit Professionals Alumni Association, California Bar Association-Probation Department, Canyon Hills Community Council, Los Amigos, and City of Anaheim Sesquicentennial Commission.
Harry Sidhu was elected to the Anaheim City Council in November 2004. Prior to his election, Harry served as Chairman of the City of Anaheim Budget Committee. He is also an Orange County Sanitation District Director and serves on the City of Anaheim Audit Committee.
Harry is the first person of Indian heritage to have achieved this position. Born and raised in India, Harry immigrated to the United States in 1974 and became a United States citizen in 1979. His community involvement includes the following: Boys and Girls Clubs of Anaheim; Anaheim Family YMCA; Anaheim Chamber of Commerce; Anaheim Small Business Chamber Committee; OC Republican Party; and Anaheim Youth Soccer.
