We work alongside the Anaheim Housing Authority to provide excellent service to our residents and the community.

Through Anaheim's Neighborhood Preservation programs, we are able to improve neighborhoods through low interest loans, home ownership assistance and historical preservation.

Since 1998 the Anaheim Housing Counseling Agency has provided assistance, information, counseling and education to buyers, owners and renters. The Agency has been HUD certified and approved and a housing counselor may be contacted at 714-765-4340.

The Anaheim Housing Authority and Anaheim Housing Counseling Agency 2009 Anaheim Homeownership Fair was a successful event with over 300 people in attendance. On Thursday, October 14, 2010 in Downtown Anaheim on The Promenade, "Opening the Door to Homeownership" is the theme of the fair that will bring 20 Orange County vendors that will assist and educate participants in various areas of homeownership.

Over 400 people at the
Foreclosure Prevention Workshop !
                                
                                                                

The City of Anaheim, Community Development Department and California State Senator Lou Correa’s office sponsored a FREE foreclosure prevention workshop on August 21, 2009 at the Anaheim Downtown Community Center.  Experts from major banks, HUD and nonprofit housing organizations were available to provide individual, confidential counseling and other assistance to homeowners concerned about or experiencing foreclosure.  There were over 400 people who attended and were able to take advantage of the various types of assistance provided.
