The Traffic Bureau of the Anaheim Police Department consists of uniformed men and women who keep the streets of the City of Anaheim safe for all motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
These officers are responsible for insuring that all vehicles and pedestrians obey traffic regulations and posted speed limits and notices while moving. They also issue citations for vehicles parked or stopped illegally in the City of Anaheim. In addition to these traffic duties, they also assist patrol officers with emergency situations when necessary.
