Contract Administration is responsible for the management, monitoring and administration of all Capital improvement construction contracts and projects as well as all design and construction of single and multi-level public buildings and miscellaneous facilities though out the City; this section works closely with our inspection section and other city departments/divisions to ensure compliance with budgets, plans and specifications.
