The Vice Detail, Special Operations Division of the Anaheim Police Department is comprised of men and women who specialize in cases involving drugs, alcohol, prostitution and gambling, particularly the proffering of these elements to the public. These detectives are specifically trained to investigate crimes of vice that not only affect the criminal, but also serve as a threat to the community as a whole. The unit works in alliance with other regional task forces to keep drugs and vice out of the City of Anaheim and the surrounding areas.
