A Notice of Preparation (NOP) for DSEIR 340 and the project’s initial study were distributed on February 11, 2009 to Trustee Agencies, and the State Clearinghouse. Area property owners and parties that had requested such information (“interested parties”) were noticed on February 12, 2009. The public review period for the initial study ends on March 13, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. The City will hold a public scoping meeting at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in the Council Chamber, City Hall East, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim to provide members of the public with an opportunity to learn about the project, ask questions and provide comments about the scope and content of the information to be addressed in the DSEIR.
