On June 8, 2009 the City released a Notice of Intent/Notice of Availability for City of Anaheim 2006-2014 Housing Element Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for a 30-day public review period that ends on July 8, 2009. On June 9, in response to comments from HCD, the City made minor modifications to Chapter 4 and Appendix B of the Draft Housing Element. These modifications were made after the Notice of Intent/Notice of Availability for the City of Anaheim 2006-2014 Housing Element Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration was released.
