Roster additions and deletions must be completed at the field prior to the start of the game. Players who are being added must complete the hold harmless section on the back of the scorecard, including printed first and last name, signature, address, email and phone number. Players will not be added to your team roster if any information is ineligible or not filled out. Players can not be added to your roster after another team has requested an ID check.
