HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the Spring 2012 season, please complete and return the following form:

SPRING 2012 INFORMATION
Cost: $365 + $50 Refundable Forfeit Bond (if not already paid) ($100 minimum deposit; balance is due the day after the second week of games. Below are the due dates for each night of league play.)
Sunday Leagues - Monday, April 30, 2012 by 2 p.m. Tuesday Leagues, Wednesday, April 25, 2012 by 2 p.m. Wednesday Leagues - Thursday, April 26, 2012 by 2 p.m.
Registration Begins: Monday, March 12, 2012
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, April 10, 2012 -Late registration may be accepted based upon availability
Manager's Meeting: Wednesday, April 11, 2012 @ 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
