The City of Anaheim, Community Development Department provides homebuyer down
payment assistance up to $125,000 for the purchase and rehabilitation of qualified
foreclosed homes in Anaheim.  Properties must be located within eligible census tract areas
and include single-family residences, townhomes and condominiums. Preference is given
to households that live or work in Anaheim.
