We Five Folk Rock Revival Performs at Pearson Park Amphitheatre

We Five c. 1996ANAHEIM, Calif. (August 26, 2003) - “Get Together” and take a musical trip back to the 60’s.  Appearing Saturday, September 6 at the Pearson Park Amphitheatre is We Five. The Folk Rock Revival show features all their best-known songs like You Were On My Mind and the original hit recording of Get Together, along with tributes to many of their folk and rock contemporaries.  Show time is 8 p.m., admission is $10 per adult and $8 for seniors and children.

We Five transports people back to the mid-60’s with their special mix of smooth harmony, 12 string guitars and folk-flavored rock music.  The group includes five musicians and singers who all toured and recorded with We Five.  Originators of what has come to be know as the “San Francisco Sound,” the We Five Folk Rock Revival show will feature harmonic vocals, a melding of acoustic and electric guitars, folk music, rock and a bit of jazz. Don’t let the summer end without gathering your friends and family to relive the music of the 60’s and revive the feeling of how good it feels to “get together.”
