Affordable Rental Apartments

The rental portion of the City of Anaheim’s Affordable Housing Program consists of multifamily apartment complexes throughout the City that include affordable units. The City has agreements with the owners of these units to restrict rents at levels below regular market rent rates. Rents are typically established at 30% of a specified income level, and households must meet the income requirements
to qualify.

This is not a Section 8 rental subsidy program.
