Together with the Community Action Partnership of Orange County, we assist income-qualified residents in making their homes more water- and energy-efficient. Contractors make home repairs, replace inefficient appliances and install other measures as needed to help customers conserve water and energy, and lower utility bills.
If you qualify, you may receive any of the following services or items at no cost:
· Ceiling and wall insulation
· Broken-glass window replacement
· Weather-stripping and caulking
· HVAC system repair/replacement
· Door repair/replacement
· Minor building envelope repairs
· Showerhead installation
· High-efficiency appliance upgrades
