Time periods are defined as follows:
On-Peak: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; summer weekdays except holidays.
Mid-Peak: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; summer weekdays,
7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; winter weekdays except holidays,
except holidays.
Off-Peak: All other hours.
Holidays are New Year's Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
When any holiday listed above falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be recognized as an off-peak period. No change in off-peak hours shall be made for holidays falling on Saturday.
The summer season shall commence at 12:00 a.m. on June 1 and continue until 12:00 a.m. on October 1 in each year. The winter season shall commence at 12:00 a.m. on October 1 of each year and continue until 12:00 a.m. on June 1 of the following year.
