ELECTRIC RATE OPTIONS
APU offers EV homeowners two rate schedules: Domestic Service (DS) and Domestic Time-of-Use (TOU).  Although the Utilities allows for the installation of more than one electric meter in the home, it does not allow for more than one electric rate.
