MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Prosecution Division is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public through the effective prosecution of misdemeanor and infraction offenses within the jurisdiction of the Anaheim City Attorney in accordance with ethical obligations and professional standards.

FUND SUPPORT

The City Attorney's budget is supported by the General and Community Development Block Grant funds.

GOALS

• Effectively prosecute misdemeanor and infraction offenses within the jurisdiction of the Anaheim City Attorney;
• Provide proactive advice and training to law enforcement personnel to aid in the effective prosecution of criminal cases;
• Provide all prosecution services within established budgetary amounts.
