The City of Anaheim's Purchasing Division maintains vendor source files for use in identifying potential suppliers. If you are interested in having your company added to our source files, please complete our registration form by clicking here and submitting the registration electronically.

You will need the following information at hand in order to complete our registration form:

• The NIGP commodity codes of the primary product(s) or service(s) you wish to supply us. You may select up to five different commodity codes. If you do not know the appropriate NIGP commodity codes for your business, please click on this link for a list of Commodity Codes.
  We cannot complete your registration without one or more commodity codes to classify your company with. If you are uncertain which codes are most suitable for your business, please call the Purchasing office, 714-765-5110, to speak with a buyer.
  
• Your company's Taxpayer ID or Social Security number.
  
• Your Anaheim business license number, if applicable, and it's expiration date.
  (An Anaheim business license is NOT required to register or to submit a bid, but is required if awarded a contract. If you already have a license, please include the information on your registration form).

Upon receipt of your response, the information will be routed to our Buyers and entered into our database. Being in the database does not guarantee your company will be contacted for all applicable bids. The sheer number of potential bidders prohibits the distribution of all bids to everyone. However, the information may be used by staff in selecting potential sources. You are encouraged to visit our website regularly to view a listing of formal bid opportunities.
