For the convenience of suppliers who would like to be notified of posted bid opportunities via e-mail, the City utilizes the services of DemandStar by Onvia. For a nominal membership fee, suppliers will receive email notifications of bid opportunities pertinent to their line of business from any participating government agency in their selected geographical area.

Note: Membership in DemandStar by Onvia is not a requirement of doing business with the City. Suppliers will still be able to get the City's bid information through our website, US mail, or by directly contacting the Purchasing Divsion. DemandStar simply provides email notification of the City's formal bids, as well as notification of other agencies' bid opportunities, for agencies with whom you may not be directly registered on the bidder's list.
