Cervantes has relatives in the area who have been uncooperative with law enforcement. He also has relatives in Alabama, who said he is still living in California and has boasted that police will never find him. Cervantes has been licensed as a commercial truck driver and may be driving trucks for a living. There is a warrant issued for Cervantes.
