The Anaheim Prep Sports/Activities Foundation
The Anaheim Prep Sports/Activities Foundation was established by the Anaheim Union High School District and the Anaheim City Council to better meet the needs of more than 30,000 school children in the City. The foundation raises funds to support and sustain positive after-school activities on the junior high and high school campuses throughout Anaheim.

The foundation's operating board and advisory boards are made of numerous community leaders who volunteer their time and efforts, ensuring that 100 percent of the money raised goes to accomplish the foundation's goals.

Half the funds raised in a given year are for immediate uses in the current year. The remainder is set-aside in an endowment to assure that after school activities for the young people of Anaheim continue well into the future. These funds leverage and enhance existing facilities, stable organizations and the committed leadership at Anaheim's public schools.

Some of the activities the foundation supports include; a Student Athlete and Parent Seminar for college bound student athletes; the AUHSD Band Spectacular; The Holiday Classic Song & Cheer Competition; The Holiday Classic Basketball Tournament; the Celebration of Women is Sports Conference; The Student Art and Photography Exhibition; the Superintendent's Scholar/Athlete Awards Dinner; and a full slate of intramural athletic programs.
