Benefits Update
Open Enrollment ends October 21, 2009 for Employee Health Benefit Changes. Retired Open Enrollment ends October 21, 2009. Enrollment for Flexible Spending Accounts end November 30, 2009. These changes will be effective January 1, 2010.

Active City Employee Information
During the Open Enrollment period, you may change your various plan enrollments to become effective January 1, 2010. You may:
- Change to a different medical or dental plan
- Sign up for the $125 Opt Out credit (if eligible)
- Add eligible dependents to your plans
- Enroll in the Flexible Spending or Retired Health Savings Plans
