After School Programs

KIDS CLUB
Drop by for after school fun with KIDS CLUB! Boys and girls, 6 years and older may sign up to be a member of Kids Club. Members participate in crafts, games, homework assistance and special events at their club location, Monday through Friday from 3-6 pm. Kids Club Members will receive discounts to youth excursions and seasonal celebrations with a valid Kids Club ID card. Our Kids Club counselors are highly motivated staff, trained to oversee all our activities.

Price:
$5.00 per session payable at the time of registration. Register for one year and receive a free Kids Club t-shirt.

CAMP VENTURE DAY CAMP
Chart your course for a fun-filled week at CAMPVENTURE!  This week-long day camp is filled with adventure for children between 6 and 10 years old. (Birth certificates or proof of age are required on the first day of camp.) The travel log for each camp session includes games, crafts, movies, archery, songs, nature, science, sports, cooking and a weekly excursion.  CampVenture provides a well-rounded, fun and exciting atmosphere for campers.  Attentive and energetic day camp counselors are well trained to work with and teach your camper.  With a low participant to counselor ratio, we provide one on one interaction at camp.  Sack lunches are required.  Beverages and snacks will be provided daily.  Registration takes place at the Community Services Department and at camp on the first day if space permits.  Camp dates are listed below.

Location:  Peralta Canyon Park, 115 N. Pinney, Anaheim

Winter 2003

Program dates: December 29 - January 9, 2004
Registration: Registration will be held December 1 through December 22 at City Hall or on the first day of camp if space permits.  Fees will increase after registration period.

Spring 2004

Program dates March 22 - April 9, 2004
Registration: Registration will be held February 23 through March 15 at City Hall or on the first day of camp if space permits.  Fees will increase after registration period.

Summer 2004

Program dates: June 14 - August 13, 2004
Registration: Registration will be held May 17 through June 7 at City Hall or on the first day of camp if space permits.  Fees will increase after registration period.

ART IN THE PARK
Let the Anaheim Community Services and the Artmobile teach your child about the arts!  Participants will learn about visual arts through hands on projects such as painting, drawing, sculpture, architecure, and photography as well as learn valuable information about artists, cultures and much more!  The program is conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm-5:00pm and is FREE!  Look for your site below:
