Road to Resilience

Anaheim is joining forces with the Community and Regional Resilience Institute to pilot a new community initiative to promote a stronger, safer and more resilient Anaheim.

Resilient communities are the foundation of a resilient America. Through the Hi Neighbor program, the City of Anaheim is doing its part to be better prepared for the next significant emergency by joining forces with the Community and Regional Resilience Institute (CARRI) to pilot a new community resilience initiative to promote a stronger, safer and more resilient Anaheim

The Community Resilience System is a web-based system designed to help communities assess their capacity to withstand significant emergencies and create an approach to recovery. In the event of an earthquake, fire or other disaster in Anaheim, our path to recovery begins with you. The City has taken the lead, however the road to resilience begins and ends in our neighborhoods.

Stay tuned for additional updates.
