The following two measures will be placed on the ballot at the November 2, 2010 ballot general municipal election. The Measures will receive an official “Letter” designation from the Orange County Registrar of Voters by August 9, 2010.

Filing Arguments and Rebuttals, for or against a measure – What you should know:

Statement of Authors

Must accompany arguments and rebuttals

300 word maximum

Release for Rebuttal Argument

Must accompany rebuttal if anyone other than the original author will be signing the rebuttal

250 word maximum

** Title of arguments should be titled as follows: “Argument In Favor of Measure ___” OR “Argument Against Measure ___” OR “Rebuttal Argument (In Favor or Against) Measure ___”

** In addition to the above executed forms, the submitted argument and rebuttal shall be signed and dated by all authors as well.
