  • Broadway & Anaheim Boulevard
  • Broadway & Lemon
  • Center Street Promenade bounded by Clementine & Broadway

The project includes:

  • Construction of new development of 80,000 s.f.
  • Retail space of up to 60,000 - 80,000 s.f.
  • Approximately 450-520 one and two-bedroom luxury residential apartments
  • Structured parking for approximately 600 vehicles.

This proposed development would be located in the heart of the Downtown Anaheim between Anaheim and Harbor Boulevards, along Broadway, adjacent to Center Street Promenade. The City further desires to improve the links into the Downtown core between Lincoln Avenue and Center Street Promenade and is looking at ways to accomplish this. An evaluation that includes designing appropriate and efficient methods for improving the vehicular and pedestrian movements between the downtown and the area to the immediate north, including Pearson Park, is underway.
