| The Housing Development & CDBG Administration Division provides incentives and direct financial assistance primarily through the use of Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside funds, to encourage developers to improve, preserve and expand the supply of affordable housing opportunities in the City. The division also administers the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, including coordination of City and neighborhood council one-year funding priorities, design, bid, award and construction of neighborhood public infrastructure improvements, preparation and submittal of all required federal reports and preparation and monitoring of subrecipient agreements.
