Downtown Station 1 was opened in 1963 and houses Paramedic Engine 1, Engine 21 and Truck 1. It is located in the downtown section of Anaheim at 500 E. Broadway St. and serves a "first-in" area which includes the Civic Center and a mixture of residential, light commercial, and heavy industrial occupancies.
