Suspect wore a white sport shirt - shirt sleeve Men's work gray pants, said his name was "Sam Frank" and he was with a Whittier Roofing Company, smoked Marlboro red and white box. He carried a black cell phone, drove a beige 4 door Chevy Sedan, newer model, gold/tan leather interior.

Suspect told victim he was with a roofing company and her roof was being recalled. Suspect drove victim to bank and left with $9700.
