The City of Anaheim would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2009 Spooktacular Halloween Parade & Fall Festival a huge success.

We hope everyone enjoyed the festivities and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

2009 Spooktacular Halloween Parade:
When: Saturday, October 31 @ 6:00 p.m.
Where: Downtown Anaheim

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: All events will take place on Halloween!

Family Festival
When: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Where: Center Street Promenade and west side of Anaheim Blvd

The Family Festival will have something for everyone for a full day of fall-themed fun for the whole family with live entertainment, game booths, a craft fair, community information booths, food, prizes and more!

Muzeo
When: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Where: Muzeo, located at the corner of Anaheim Blvd. & Broadway St.

Free Admission to visit the new Napoleon exhibit for up to four children when accompanied by a paid adult.

Children’s Costume Contest
When:  2:00 p.m.
Where: Center Street Promenade

Participation awards presented to all entries, in categories from infants to 12 years old. Winners will receive cash prizes, and will ride on a float in the Halloween Parade! Registration begins at 1:00 p.m.

Trick-or-Treating
When: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Where: Center Street Promenade and the west side of Anaheim Blvd.

Community Booths will have treats for costumed youth while supplies last! A Nintendo Wii will be awarded at random to one lucky family that visits all of the special "Trick or Treat Treasure Hunt" locations!

Haunted House: "The Twisted Land of Oz"
When: 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Where: Downtown Youth Center

"The Twisted Land of Oz" haunted attraction is 14,000 square feet of haunts and scares that will leave all guests believing that "there is no place like home!" This Haunted House is recommended for guests 12 years old and older.

Spooktacular Halloween Parade
When: 6:00 p.m.
Where: The parade travels east on Broadway St. from Manchester Ave., then turns north on Anaheim Blvd. toward Lincoln Ave.

Gather all the ghouls and goblins and grab a seat for this night-time illuminated parade! Prime parade viewing is available all along our two mile route, to see Spooktacular floats, bone-rattling bands and many haunting local favorites in Anaheim’s Spooktacular Halloween Parade.
