ACCESSIBILITY
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), and ADA Amendments Act of 2008, the City of Anaheim (City) does not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

PURPOSE
The City of Anaheim is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities are able to take part in, and benefit from, the whole range of public programs, services, and activities offered by the City. The City continues to modify its facilities, programs, policies, or practices, as necessary to ensure such access is provided.

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act requires that public entities adopt and publish grievance procedures to assure the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints. The purpose of this ADA grievance procedure is to resolve as promptly as possible any problems, complaints, or conflicts related to the City’s ADA compliance without the need for the complainant to resort to other remedies available under the law.

Any person who requires a disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services, in order to participate in the public meeting may request, at least 72 hours, in advance such modification, accommodation, aid or service by contacting the department or program.
