• About Permit Assistance Center Welcome to the Anaheim Permit Assistance Center! An interdepartmental team made up of professionals from Economic Development, Planning and Zoning, Building, Public Works, Community Development/Redevelopment, Anaheim Public Utilities (electric and water) and Fire Prevention offers friendly and efficient services designed to simplify the review process for obtaining development and construction permits and approvals. Jump Start meetings are available on a case-by-case basis for projects that will involve significant review and approval.
