Welcome to the Anaheim Fire Department website. Established in 1857, the Anaheim Fire Department has grown from a group of volunteers with buckets of water and a horse-drawn wagon with tools, to a professional municipal fire department with an ISO class 1 rating. The Anaheim Fire Department employs over 300 professionals working in four main divisions that serve a resident base of over 300,000 people.
As a major tourist destination, the Anaheim Fire Department remains active serving our residents, business community and countless visitors who come to enjoy our many various venues including Disneyland, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center. The Anaheim Fire Department is composed of many different divisions, and sections that are featured on this web site. The Department continues to provide quality services in public safety, safety education, fire prevention & fire suppression. We know you will find our website useful. |
