Historic Anaheim Citrus Packing House Restoration
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is seeking historic building restoration contractors to submit a pre-qualification packet to be qualified to bid on the restoration of the Historic Anaheim Citrus Packing House located at 440-454 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92805. The construction restoration will be required to follow The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Construction estimate is currently at approximately $6 million for the complete building restoration. RFQ proposals are due August 20, 2010. Click here to download the RFQ information packet..
On May 18, 2010, the City Council approved the Citywide Historic Preservation Plan and a list of historic and potentially historic properties. The list includes properties within Anaheim’s four existing historic districts as well as other properties located throughout the City.
