The population of Anaheim was less than 1,000. Today the city has over 300,000 residents. The Anaheim Police Department employs 400 sworn officers, a support staff of over 173.

As a major tourist destination, the Anaheim PD remains active protecting our residents, business community and countless visitors who come to enjoy our many various venues including Disneyland, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center. The Anaheim Police Department is composed of many different divisions, bureaus and operating units that are featured on this web site.
