Anaheim’s drinking water is safe to drink and its quality exceeds all federal, state and local standards. However, independent contractors have been making inaccurate and misleading statements about the quality of the City of Anaheim’s tap water.
Anaheim conducts tests weekly throughout the city and is legally obligated by the California Department of Public Health to officially notify customers if conditions were to warrant a concern. To learn more about Anaheim’s water quality, click here.
Let your voice be heard - The media has recently reported on a potential power plant project being developed here in Anaheim. We would like customers to know that this project is being proposed by a private, for-profit power developer and not by us.

We, along with the City, feel that the land identified for this project is better suited for parks. To learn more about this issue and how you can support the City’s position on the use of this land, visit.
