Prosecution Division

The Prosecution Division goal is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public through the effective prosecution of misdemeanor and infraction offenses within the jurisdiction of the Anaheim City Attorney in accordance with ethical obligations and professional standards.

The Prosecution Division of the City Attorney's Office consists of one Senior Assistant City Attorney, one Assistant City Attorneys and seven Deputy City Attorneys.
